There was a HOD whom I use to report as I was a management faculty for Information and technology as well. That HOD was so unethical that he had provided my contact number as reference to his credit card company. I was unaware of this fact and was very busy in my life. On 19th December ‘2012 I received a call from standard chartered bank. The agent named Sandesh told me that Mr. Anonymous (HOD) had an outstanding amount and not answering to any of his calls. The feeling of a bus driver can be so intense and deeply attached to his bus was witnessed by all the travelers of Bus no. 1244. Our driver Ashok, a sincere and quite person had decorated an old bus as if a 5 star hotel or a marriage hall is decorated for an auspicious ceremony. A day prior a meager amount of 30 rupees was contributed by the staff members and may be by students. But the whole bus was decorated with tinsels, draped with different colors of netted cloth and at the back multicolor strips were hung as if Goddess “Durga” will board the bus. In this case if we are working in a team then dealing with team members, team leader, immediate bosses like Manager, senior manager is a herculean task. But as for every disease there is a medicine similarly for these difficult personalities again there are many solutions. First step is ignoring them.
