Chinchy Cheat

There was a HOD whom I use to report as I was a management faculty for Information and technology as well. That HOD was so unethical that he had provided my contact number as reference to his credit card company.
I was unaware of this fact and was very busy in my life. On 19th December ‘2012 I received a call from standard chartered bank. The agent named Sandesh told me that Mr. Anonymous (HOD) had an outstanding amount and not answering to any of his calls. I reported the matter to another HOD that the Standard Chartered Bank is torturing me unnecessarily because Mr. Anonymous had given my contact number as reference but that HOD did not show any interest and counterpart he had supported him may be patriarchal effect.

I am shocked that those who are innocent are penalized and victimized and the guilty and accused are roaming fearlessly. I still remember one of my professor from Law college who used to quote” Law is for them who fear Law”, this means the innocent will be charged and the offenders who are goons will roam around dauntlessly.
Today on 02 Jan’2013 because of that jerk I have to suffer as several  calls were made by the same bank as they want back there outstanding amount, and as he is not attending their calls thus they are chasing me. I am a lawyer and still I am wondering why this matter is unreported. Thus if I am mum then what about  those who are illiterate or suppressed they might be suffering due to many other issues but still they are also not reporting those atrocities to the authority.
Irony of life is that we fear too many undepicted futuristic things due to which we have suffer in present as well as in future. Any issue which should be reported is unreported sue to lay back attitude of the hearing body or authority then further hurdles are threat to job, life or property. It can be concluded that the person who is reporting a matter should be heard and should take proper and just action to solve the complaint rather than passing the buck.
