Guest lecture on “IPR & Patent" at GHRIET, Pune
Research and Industry Institute Interaction Cell of G.H.Raisoni Institute of Engineering & Technology, Wagholi, Pune has organised a guest lecture on “ IPR & Patent Filing "for all the faculties on 14th Aug’2015. The objective of this lecture was to bring awareness and to guide the Faculty for IPR and Patent Filing understand the IPR and Patent rules. The Chief guest was Dr. A.D. Shaligram, Professor & Head, Electronics Dept. S.P.Pune University. He had delivered an awakening lecture on that how IP is protected in law by, for example, patents, copyright and trademarks, which enable people to earn recognition or financial benefit from what they invent or create. By striking the right balance between the interests of innovators and the wider public interest, the IP system aims to foster an environment in which creativity and innovation can flourish.
