Dealing with difficult people
Now a day’s every second individual is egotist. A braggart and self centered. In this case if we are working in a team then dealing with team members, team leader, immediate bosses like Manager, senior manager is a herculean task.
But as for every disease there is a medicine similarly for these difficult personalities again there are many solutions. First step is ignoring them. As if we pay attention then we are fulfilling their desire of ruling people. Second step is focusing inward. We cannot change the world hence we should completely focus on our response. As I have written response not reaction hence think before you act. Furthermore an individual should only focus on intuition. If we are satisfied by our efforts then we should not look for any external appreciation. The major reason of demotivation are these difficult personality people as they are not critics but jealous people who are only for creating hurdles on the way of successful people.
As we are aiming to become successful then we should not heed attention to the egotists. Not only this but also never discuss any matter as for you it may be a discussion but for them it is an argument and they will do or die to validate their point. We should avoid these kinds of situation by observing silence.
