The students of Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering departments of GHRIET Pune have celebrated the function of Teacher’s Day in their own style. It was a moment to feel the creativity of the students, as they had arranged the function to express their love and affection for their teachers. I can feel the change in the thought process of this generation. They are creative and they have their independent existence. They are from same old rotten education system, which requires a 360 degree of improvement, but their thinking shows freedom of expression. This generation will flourish only if we guide them and not command. Innovation is harnessed under laissez faire. 

But the teachers and parents they forget that when they were students they were not perfect in their action. Now after a long journey they are civilized as per the society’s defined rules. We should never block the natural process. There is a pattern which is decided by almighty for all the Human beings. Perfection never comes in first attempt, and that is the reason it is known as perfection, where one has to strive to reach the same. Parents and teachers have a habit of comparing themselves with the kids, who are nurtured by them. But they forget that if they are good at something then they may not be that excellent the way the kids are at something else. 

There cannot be any comparison between an Apple and an Orange. Guidelines are good but we cannot make it ground rules. As in Constitution of India there is a scope of amendment, similarly with changing internal and external environment always the guidelines have to be revisited and should be amended.

Generation Y and Z are smart and smartly equipped with smart gizmos and gadgets but they need to be empowered with positive thought process. It is the sole responsibility of the parents and the teachers. For this they have to harness the creativity and powerful intuition of the kids. 

The two different programs of both Computer and Electrical Engineering students [Batch 2013- 2017] were the best example of Planning, effective organizing, very well directed and controlled approach. 

The fragrance of the Rose and Gerbera is still fresh in our memory, with the beautiful cards and the energetic games which they had organized for all the faculty members.

This flow of gratitude is never ending......
