Groom Innovators

Students of Diploma have shown immense enthusiasm in celebrating this year’s Teacher’s Day. But the main purpose of Teacher’s Day is not accomplished due to the speeches.Human beings have a habit to make every occasion as a formal celebration. This actually creates a chasm between the participants and guests. Any relationship grows in a natural process.  Due to several guests and their speeches, the joyful sessions become boring and tiring. The spectators are forced to listen to those repetitious monologues. But the enthusiasm of the students can be maintained with their own initiatives, that is their self-expression. Every individual is born with their own thought process. But we kill their spirit by forcing them to follow the defined rules of the institution.  

With autocratic style, the INNOVATION is killed and with participative style, the INNOVATION is harnessed.The faculties are following the teaching pattern of X and Y generation, however the Z generation has started their education long ago. Still the teachers are following the chalk, duster, repetitious monologue style in this ICT era. This mismatch has affected the social engineering as the clerks are being produced daily. To build a nation, we have to nurture INNOVATORS.
