1.     Customer's Interest: Always focus on the interest of customer in order to promote and spread brand awareness. 2.     Extreme Emotions: Always the advertisement should be focused on the emotional feelings, so that the they can connect with the brand.    3.     Free Bees: It should be offered in form of coupons, some kind of gift hamper.   4.     Surprises: Every product should bring a surprise feature for the customers, to delight them.  5.     Jingles: Rhythm connects a product to a customer, hence it should be used for branding. 6.     Create urgency: Creating hype of a product or a service, this leads a sense of urgency amongst the customers.

You can become your own speaking partner. Always frame sentences in English in your subconscious mind. We have a habit to talk to ourselves in our local language. You need to work it out and talk in English. You have to make it a point that whomsoever you will interact, you will talk in English only, let them continue in local language but you have to stick to English as a primary language for communication. Helena & Ioanna were twins. Helena everyday did her household cleaning. Ioanna preferred to do the same once in a while. One day Ioanna fell ill due to the complete cleaning on the same day. Ioanna continued the above practice for a week and she found that in tits and bits the household chores were finished with ease. She thanked her twin and guided many villagers to follow the golden rule.

The students of Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering departments of GHRIET Pune have celebrated the function of Teacher’s Day in their own style. It was a moment to feel the creativity of the students, as they had arranged the function to express their love and affection for their teachers. I can feel the change in the thought process of this generation. They are creative and they have their independent existence. They are from same old rotten education system, which requires a 360 degree of improvement, but their thinking shows freedom of expression. This generation will flourish only if we guide them and not command. Innovation is harnessed under laissez faire.  But the teachers and parents they forget that when they were students they were not perfect in their action.
