Innovative Minds

The major reason behind the failure of an individual is Procrastination. But there are students like Mandar from T.E Electrical (2015-16) who believe in continuous hard work. Whenever we look at ants they seem to be relaxed and roaming around. But they are always busy in collecting food for themselves and their team members. Innovative students follow the same lesson. During the term they work hard for grades and after the term ends they look for opportunity to interact with the industries by working voluntarily or may be as in intern. They are ignited minds and do not need any kind of external motivation.

 Later these workers actually prove the Y theory. Several sustainable innovations come from these beautiful minds. This not only brings laurel for them and their families but is a boon for complete human kind.
