Target Market The targeted customers should be focused as per marketing segmentation. 5. Marketing Plan The exact plan to reach the target market. Details related to marketing tactics. 6. Management Team The investors are always in search of a great team in addition to innovative ideas. Describe your current team, by focusing on their expertise. 7. Financial Plan Business plan will be complete with a financial planning. Financial data is the back bone of the business plan.

It is a skill which differentiates an individual from the other. But only skill full person with audacity can take it up. It needs a lot of patience just like the patience level of farmers who plant the Chinese bamboo. Young generation has potential but perseverance is missing. A dynamic individual with perseverance is a blessing to the society as he/ she creates job opportunities for others. But many times a startup fails due to poor planning. The major problem an entrepreneur faces is of yearning for quick returns. There is no short cut for success. In a startup there is no concept of small job and fixed job. Everyone in the team have to be proactive and should work in job rotation.  

GHRIET, Pune organized WORKSHOP on” PLC and SCADA APPLICATION”

Department of Electrical Engineering, G.H.Raisoni Institute of Engineering & Technology, Wagholi, Pune has organised two days’ workshop on” Programmable Logic Controllers and SCADA” from 14 th to 16 th Sep 2015. En. Sudarshan Mantri from M/s Educate to Automate has conducted the program. The objective of this seminar was to provide knowledge about. This workshop for B.E. (Electrical) students for enhancement in their skill by acquiring knowledge of different Programmable Logical Controller types, its structure, Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition APPLICATION. They got hands on experience of PLC wiring as well PLC programming. They got knowledge of different industry applications using PLC based SCADA such as CAR PARKING, TRAFFIC CONTROL and VFD SPEED CONTROL etc.

GHRIET, Pune Organized Teachers’ Day Celebration & Blood Donation Camp

On the occasion of Teachers’ Day, GHRIET, Pune organized a blood donation camp on 09 ‘Sep 2015. Shri.Ajit Tatiya , Trustee  of RGI , Pune Campus inaugurated the camp. Dr. R.D.Kharadkar , Principal ,GHRIET,Pune and Mr.Nagendra Singh  were the blood  donors who marked the inauguration. On the day of Teacher’s Day celebration, Dr. Devidas Joshi, Chairman, MOD-Tech College of Engineering,Pune was the chief guest. The review was given by Mr.Arvin Bhat & Mr.Vishal Jaiswal. Dr.R.D.Kharadkar has given the introduction speech and he spoke regarding research on genetics & epigenetics, wherein it has been proved that the values & knowledge given by teachers or environment act as external factor in modification of genes & passes on to generations. “Guest lecture on The Power of Habits" Organised by GHRIET, Pune

First Year Engineering Department, G.H.Raisoni Institute of Engineering & Technology, Wagholi, Pune has organised a guest lecture on “The Power of Habits" for First Year Engineering Department on 14 th Sep’2015. The objective of this lecture was to understand the concepts of Power of Habits. Mr. Hashad Patterkine, John Deere India Private Limited, Engineer Pune conducted Guest lecture on “The Power of Habits”. He had explained types of habits (good and bad) and their influence on our daily life. He also shared his views on how we can drain out our bad habits and motivate students to over their bad habits. Mr. Varun Salunke (Member ISKON Voice club, Alumni Mechanical Department GHRIET), he had introduced the speaker and gave a review of the event.
