Farewell and Alumni meet organized by G.H. Raisoni Institute of Engineering & Technology, Pune


       Farewell and Alumni Meet was organized by G.H. Raisoni Institute of Engineering & Technology, Wagholi – Pune, at Chandraful Garden, on 6th April’ 2013. Alumni from batch of 2012 year & onwards graced the occasion. The air was nostalgic and the ambience, absolutely a toast of party. The staff and the students were all excited to welcome the B.E students & alumni of their college with warm hearts and bright smiles.The function started with an introductory note by Mr. Mahesh Bhure(B.E-Electrical), he quoted that GHRIET, Pune had provided them the guidance and now they are set to fly high to touch the sky. Some of the students then shared their memories about their teaching staff members and HOD’s. Representatives from each batch walked up the podium gracefully to throw light about their batches. Few alumni students guided the present students on how to move ahead in their career.

       About 110 alumni participated in various events followed by welcome function. Dr. R.D. Kharadkar welcomed the alumni to GHRIET and proposed reacquaint with their staffs, classmates and seniors also bid farewell to B.E students and thanked the students for all their support throughout the year and wished them well in their future endeavors. Mr. Krantikumar Dhote, Executive Director, RGI, Nagpur expressed that the only thing constant in the world is change. Dr. Tidke, Sr. Professor, GHRCE, Nagpur had appreciated the feelings of students. He also felt proud about academic performance of GHRIET college.

       All of them participated whole heartedly in the function arranged for them. Also those who had come, enjoyed every moment and said that they looked forward to more gatherings of this kind. Ms. Vaishakhee Saraf (T.E. ELEX) and Mr. Ajinkya takle (T.E. I.T) compered the program. Ms. Akshita Sawant (T.E. ELEX) delivered vote of thanks.
