Yogesh Sul grew up in Ahmadnagar district and is studying Electrical Engineering, at GHRIET, Wagholi, Pune. He is passionate towards using technology in his family’s dairy business. In GHRIET Pune, in the year 2016, he started with his research related to dairy business, where he ultimately became an entrepreneur. In 2017, he founded YOGESH MILK DAIRY; initially the income is generated from cow’s milk but now he is focusing on gomutra, he takes clue from the animals’ movements and try to identify patterns in urination. The pungent-smelling liquid is poured into a crude distiller to remove impurities. This is a traditional medicine and also categorized as herbal remedies. He has decided to sell, gomutra from his outlet as well as on Amazon. The golden liquid would lead to increase in return on investment.

The learning should be playful

Ailani and Aloha were best friends and they were studying in St. Lenno school. But Aloha was a first ranker and Ailani, an average student. Ailani studied for 10 hours a day. Her progress graph was going in minus. However Aloha studied for 5 hours, in a day, still she stood first in class since LKG.  Finally, they are in matriculate. The parents of Aloha and Ailani were also familiar with each other due to parents teacher meeting. One day Ailani’s mother asked Aloha’s mother, that so much of effort her daughter puts but still she is an average student, what she should do. Aloha’s mother smiled and answered,” Ailani should understand the topics in a playful, joyful manner.” Ailani’s mother replied,” But studying course book is a task for her.” Aloha’s mother said,” This is the only difference, which is hindering her growth. A task means a race to meet a deadline, but playful manner working attitude means to enjoy the task.” I have to do it should be changed to I love to do it.

This business plan was incorporated in 2016, SWACHAM , which will collect organic waste garbage from villagers of Kahn, UP with the help of his family and his best friend. Since childhood he believed to make his society a neat and a clean place to stay. But the villagers were not aware the path towards cleanliness.  SWACHAM  will be an on-site organic waste recycling systems startup which will combine advanced vermiculture biotechnology with cutting edge engineering to enable end users to recycle organic waste in a trouble free and eco friendly manner. Then they will sell the manure to the farmers at a minimal price. Also now they are planning to train the villagers to have a compost pit in their own premises and how to use vermiculture to convert the organic waste into manure.
